By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide in our store is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, in particular in case of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
BLGH Studio curates and develops premium and decor pieces, handcrafted in collaboration with selected ateliers. Many of our products use natural materials such as marble, alabaster, stone, glass or metal.
Because of this artisanal and natural character:
each piece is inherently unique;
variations in veining, pattern, color, texture, translucency, finish or minor dimensional differences are normal and not considered defects;
finishes may age naturally over time;
product images on the website are illustrative and, although we strive for accuracy, they may not perfectly reflect the exact piece you receive.
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online store. However, colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device you use and your device settings and configuration. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be identical to the images, renders or mood photography in our online store.
All product descriptions and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart under these Terms.
BLGH Studio reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until BLGH Studio confirms acceptance (for example, by sending an order confirmation and/or dispatch confirmation). We must receive and successfully process your payment before your order is accepted.
A contract for the sale of products between you and BLGH Studio is formed when we accept your order and charge your payment method and/or dispatch the goods.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as BLGH Studio may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests once an order has entered processing or production (see also Section 6 and our Refund & Returns Policy LINKLINKLINK).
We may cancel all or part of an order, or contact you for instructions, if we are unable to fulfill it, in particular in case of:
unavailability of stock or unexpected production constraints;
errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product information;
suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms;
issues with payment authorization or billing details.
In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and any applicable mandatory consumer laws.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export, unless expressly agreed with us in writing.
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, posted prices do not include:
applicable additional VAT or local custom tax,
shipping and handling,
customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged by customs authorities (less than 5% of orders).
Any such amounts will either be:
shown separately at checkout, where we are able to collect them, or
charged by customs or carriers at destination, in which case they are your responsibility.
We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern for that specific promotion.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made in our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, billing and shipping addresses, and card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that:
the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete;
you are duly authorized to use such payment method;
charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider; and
you will pay all charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If we discover a significant error in the price of products you have ordered, we may cancel the order or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
Estimated delivery times shown on the website or during checkout are indicative only. They reflect typical processing and transit times and are not guarantees.
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by:
carriers or logistics partners;
customs inspection or clearance;
incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you;
events outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to force majeure events as defined in Section 20).
Once we hand over the products to the carrier, risk of loss and damage generally passes to you, subject to mandatory consumer law in your country (for example, EU/UK rules regarding risk transfer in distance sales). Title to the products passes to you only when we have received full payment of the total amounts due, including shipping and any applicable taxes (see Section 7).
You are responsible for tracking your parcel using the tracking information provided and for liaising with the carrier if needed (e.g. redelivery, collection from a pickup point, customs information etc.).
Because many of our products are made of stone, glass and metal and require professional installation, we strongly recommend that you do not schedule an electrician or installation based solely on estimated delivery dates. Always wait until you have received and inspected the products.

Your rights to cancel or return an order depend on:
the type of product (for example, made-to-order vs. non-custom),
the timing of your request, and
the applicable consumer laws in your country (e.g. EU / UK right of withdrawal).
As a general rule:
You may request to cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not started.
Once production has begun or the order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, or may be subject to fees, particularly for made-to-order or custom items.
For eligible consumers in the EU / UK purchasing non-custom goods online, a legal right of withdrawal may apply (typically 14 days from receipt), subject to the conditions and exceptions described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Because many BLGH Studio pieces are made-to-order, use unique stone slabs or include personalized specifications, certain products are excluded from change-of-mind returns, except where mandatory law applies.

All products remain the property of BLGH Studio until full payment of the purchase price and all associated charges (including shipping and taxes) has been received by us.
Until title has passed to you, you shall:
hold the products in your possession and control;
take reasonable care of them; and
not sell, pledge or otherwise dispose of them.
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product names and descriptions, photographs, videos, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by BLGH Studio, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent.
Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms grants or shall be construed as granting a license or other rights to you under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of BLGH Studio, Shopify or any third party. BLGH Studio’s names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BLGH Studio or its affiliates or licensors. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.
You may be provided with access to tools or functionalities offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input over.

BLGH Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with BLGH Studio. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and BLGH Studio, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with BLGH Studio.

serious disruptions affecting our suppliers, artisans, logistics partners or carriers.
In such circumstances, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will use reasonable efforts to limit the impact on our customers.
In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules giving you rights in your country of residence, you and BLGH Studio agree that the courts of Geneva, Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services.
