We ship to most countries worldwide, including Europe, the UK, North America and selected international destinations. Certain territories may be excluded due to carrier or regulatory restrictions. If the shipping address is in Iceland, you need to contact us first by email at feryel.blgh@gmail.com.

Because many pieces are made-to-order or hand-finished:
Order processing and preparation typically takes 2-6 business days;
During peak seasons or for complex/custom pieces, preparation may take longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our atelier.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are:
Europe & UK: approx. 1-3 weeks
North America (USA): approx. 1-3 weeks
North America (Canada): approx. 2-4 weeks
Middle East & Asia: approx. 2-4 weeks
Oceania and remote areas: approx. 3-6 weeks
These are estimates only. Actual transit times depend on carrier performance and customs.
We work with selected international carriers and logistics partners (FedEx, LaPoste, PostNord, DHL, DPD, EMS, Hermes...).
In some cases, items from the same order may ship in separate parcels due to weight distribution for better protection.
Shipping costs (or free shipping thresholds, if applicable) are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on:
destination country;
parcel size and weight;
service level (standard vs. express, if available).
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees in the destination country.
Unless otherwise specified at checkout, these charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot control or predict these charges. If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, return shipping and any related costs may be deducted from your refund (where a refund is applicable).

Stock levels and lead times displayed on the website are indicative and based on information from our ateliers and logistics partners. In rare cases, an item shown as “in stock” may no longer be available at the time of processing. If this occurs, we will:
inform you as soon as possible, and
offer an alternative, adjusted lead time or a full refund.
Do not book electricians or installations solely based on estimated lead times; always wait until you have received and inspected the product. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to problems with the local shipping company or to a case of force majeure.
Upon delivery:
Inspect the outer packaging and contents carefully;
Report visible damage to the courier if possible;
Notify us within 3 days of delivery if any damage is found.
We require clear photos/videos of:
the box (outside & inside),
the packaging,
the damaged item.
We will work with you to offer a suitable solution.
If a parcel is delayed, we will assist you with tracking and carrier inquiries, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
If a parcel is returned to us due to being unclaimed, refusal without justification, or incorrect address provided by you, reshipping costs and/or return handling fees may apply.
