1. Warranty Period

We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to conditions:

• Electrical components: 1 year from delivery

• Structural components (e.g. metal/stone frame, brackets): 2 years

This warranty is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

2. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• natural variations in stone, glass or handmade finishes;

• damage due to incorrect installation, including DIY wiring;

• damage from use with incompatible voltage or bulbs;

• alteration, modification or attempted repair by non-authorized persons;

• normal wear and tear, scratches, marks or patina from use;

• damage from accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper storage.

Using the product contrary to local electrical regulations or without a certified electrician may void the warranty. 

3. Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim:

1. Contact contact@blghstudio.com with your order number and detailed description of the issue.

2. Attach clear photos/videos showing the defect.

3. We may request further information or proof of installation by a professional (when applicable).

If the claim is accepted, we may:

• send replacement parts;

• replace the product; or

• offer an alternative solution, at our discretion.
