Every workshop we partner with, whether in Europe or internationally, is chosen after a meticulous process: evaluation of material sourcing, precision of finishes, consistency of production, and alignment with our design vision. They are met in person, some are friends of BLGH now, and often visited.

For natural stone, we review each batch to ensure depth of veining, translucency, balance of tones and structural integrity.

Nothing enters our collection unless it meets our exact expectations for beauty, durability and refinement.

Orders & Payments

  3. You will receive an order confirmation email, then a shipping confirmation with tracking once your piece is dispatched.

  • You may usually request a change or cancellation within 24 hours after placing your order, as long as production or preparation has not started.
  • Once an order is in production, prepared for shipment, or already shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces are generally non-cancellable once confirmed except if any default.

If you need to modify an address, phone number or small detail, contact us as quickly as possible with your order number.

BLGH Studio cannot cover electrician fees, rescheduling costs or any indirect costs related to delivery dates or installation.

Damages, Defects & Claims

These elements are part of the material’s character and are not considered defects.
